The Studio

A private, home-based luxury hair studio in Vauxhall (SW8). Strictly one-to-one. Every appointment is tailored to your hair history, current condition and long-term goals.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day. Your booking confirms your agreement to the studio's policies.

Appointment Guidelines

Please arrive on time and attend alone. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation. Arrive with your hair in its natural state — do not come washed or blow-dried. All appointments begin at the basin.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled once, free of charge, via your confirmation email. Late cancellations will result in the retainer being retained. No-shows are charged in full and will not be eligible to rebook.
